The meeting focused on finding urgent solutions to the frequent power outages, infrastructure faults, and communication breakdowns that have plagued our residents. Key discussion points included:

- Identifying and addressing infrastructure faults and challenges.
- Enhancing communication channels for updates and fault reporting.
- Strategies for stabilising the network and introducing redundancy.
- Staff and vehicle availability during outages and disaster planning.
- Addressing vandalism and security concerns.
The DA emphasised the urgent need for Centlec to address the current crisis and develop robust emergency and contingency plans to mitigate the impact of future outages.
The discussion highlighted the importance of:
