The Democratic Alliance (DA) in the Free State proudly congratulates George Michalakis on his appointment as the Parliamentary Leader of the Democratic Alliance in Parliament.
As Free Staters, we take immense pride in seeing one of our own entrusted with such an important leadership responsibility at a national level. George has consistently demonstrated principled leadership, sound judgement, and an unwavering commitment to public service throughout his political career. His appointment is not only a recognition of his capabilities but also a reflection of the quality of leadership that continues to emerge from the Free State.
We are confident that the DA Parliamentary Caucus is in capable hands under his leadership, at a time when South Africans are demanding accountability and meaningful solutions to the many challenges facing our country.
The DA in the Free State wishes him strength and success in this important role and looks forward to the positive impact his leadership will have both within Parliament and across the country.
