The Democratic Alliance (DA) Mantsopa Caucus will take urgent action by formally requesting an emergency meeting with the CEO of Senorita Hospital, Dr Leba, to address the severe service failures that are placing patients and staff at risk.
The ongoing lack of response from the CEO, despite repeated phone calls and emails, has left critical issues unresolved, directly compromising the community’s well-being.
The lack of response from Dr. Leba (CEO) is alarming and unacceptable.
Despite numerous attempts to reach out, including phone calls and emails, we’ve received no response.
The current situation is dire:
- No hot water.
- Inadequate water and food provision.
- Service shortage of security staff and nurses.
These issues are not new, and it’s unacceptable that our community is being failed. We, the DA Mantsopa caucus, demand immediate attention and action from the hospital administration.
We have escalated the matter to our provincial spokesperson for health, David Masoeu, until we see meaningful progress. We urge the public to join us in demanding better services from our public healthcare institutions.
